Transit times provided below are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances (such as strikes, natural disasters, or national emergencies).

Please note that transit times may be longer than average during peak seasons, including the Christmas holiday period.


Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

  • Most orders fulfilled directly by Alke Foods are processed and shipped within one (1) business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will begin processing on the next business day.

  • If the following Monday is a federal holiday, processing will begin on the next available business day.

  • Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Alke Foods uses UPS, USPS, DHL, OSM, SpeedX, and uniuni as our exclusive carriers at this time.

Large quantity orders shipped to grocery stores, cafes, gifting platforms, and more, the shipping methods may vary. 

All transit times exclude non-mail days such as Sundays and federal holidays.

We offer both standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Transit times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control.


Economy Shipping

  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 1–5 business days

  • DHL: 1–5 business days

  • OSM: 1–5 business days

  • SpeedX: 1–5 business days

  • uniuni: 1–5 business days (+ weekend/holiday delivery where available)

Expedited Shipping

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

  • UPS 2nd Day Air®: 2 business days

  • UPS Next Day Air®: Next-business-day delivery to most locations
