REFUNDS

If we've made a mistake with your order, please contact support@alkefoods.com with your order number and description of the issue so our team can make it right. Please allow up to one business day for a response.

All sales of food products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged due to food safety considerations.

If you're buying coffee or a type of coffee for the first time, we recommend buying a sample pack to taste test before committing to a larger quantity! 

For returns or exchanges of non-food items (mugs, shirts, and the like), please email info@alkefoods.com. For exchanges, we'll send a replacement to you once our team sees that the exchange is in transit. For returns, we'll issue a refund minus original shipping costs once the returned package is received.
